We are happy to service e-bikes
We offer expert e-bike servicing and repairs. However we no longer provide e-bike conversions.
Our fully equipped mobile workshop comes to your home or workplace, bringing all the tools, diagnostics, and technical know-how needed to keep your e-bike running at peak performance. From motor checks to battery health diagnostics, you can count on us for professional care backed by years of hands-on experience.
some advice…
Is it the bicycle or the electrics that are the problem? If it is the bicycle then fine. If it is the electrics then we suggest the following:
- Contact the supplier to get sorted.
If it is a known brand such as Giant, Trek, Specialized, Scot, Moustache, Halfords’ Carerra, then we may be able to assist, depending on the problem - If it was bought on the internet, then we are unable to assist.
- If it is not a pedal assisted bicycle, but has a throttle, then it is illegal in the UK and we are unable to assist.
e-scooters
These are illegal to use in the UK, unless they are part of an official town/city hiring scheme, or used exclusively on private land
In any event, we do not provide repairs or servicing for e-scooters.
Please note that the police are able to, and do seize and destroy illegal e-bikes and e-scooters.
